Fitcode is a fashion-data company that helps women find jeans that fit and helps brand and retail partners convert browsers into confident buyers, increase sales and decrease returns.

Fitcode is a fun, fast-paced and agile woman led company of 10 that prides itself on its supportive but independent working environment, its scrappiness and its commitment to data and product integrity.

We are growing our small fashion-data team and need a Partner Development Manager to engage with current and prospective partners that use our Fitcode platform to increase their customer’s confidence, sell more and return less. Do you want to help Partners develop solutions for their E-commerce business? Are you the kind of person that gets excited about what great technology can do to optimize business? Are you the person that everyone loves to talk to and can convince your friends to come along for the ride? Relationship Builder, Influencer, Solution Provider, Business Leader are monikers that could be attached to you.

The Partner Development Manager is responsible for recruiting, enabling and activating partners who want to increase conversions and consumer confidence on their e-commerce website. The goal? To recruit and activate a diverse portfolio of partners by engaging in business value proposition discussions with leaders across the fashion and retail landscape.

Your day to day:

  • Orchestrate the development and evolution of Fitcode’s partner strategy
  • Strategically pursue business development opportunities
  • Accurately report on activities – status, opportunity planning, pipeline management
  • Manage and analyze all areas associated with sales activities and processes (e.g., Account Plans, Salesforce.com, target market planning) to ensure primary goals are achieved and appropriate attention is dedicated to prospecting and calling on client
  • Execute GTMs with partners
  • Gain and maintain up to date knowledge of the industry and our competitors
  • Develop and deliver effective presentations to partners
  • Effectively communicate how Fitcode products work and how they will benefit our partners and their consumers
  • Work with Fitcode internal teams to build on learnings from the field for product enhancements
  • Business travel: 50% 

A little bit about you:

  • Understanding of sales, e-commerce and vendor relations
  • Knowledge of the retail industry highly desirable
  • Excellent C-level communication and presentation skills
  • Clear technical aptitude or proven experience
  • A passion for technology and how it can assist businesses to achieve their goals.
